Walgreens Basics

Walgreens

  • This store used to have an EasySaver rebate catalog, but they replaced it with Register Rewards, RR, similar to CVS's program.

  • You do not need to have any special in store club card to participate.

  • Just look for items with advertised Register Rewards in weekly ads. You can access ads online HERE or view great deals with coupon match ups here at Dollar Saving Diva.

  • When you buy an item with an advertised Register Reward, you must pay first, and then reward will print off on the Catalina machine by the register.

  • The Register Reward can be used like cash back into the store. You can even use it to buy more items that give you Register Rewards.

  • Don't leave the store until you get your reward. I've had cashier's forget to hand them to me before.

  • When paying with a Register Reward, the number of items you have must not be less than the number of coupons + rewards that you are redeeming.

  • You can still use manufactures coupons along with rewards. This is how you get the best deals. However, the number of items has to be more than total coupons/rewards.

  • There are some limitations on what you can purchase with Register Rewards like no gift cards, alcohol, etc. These are listed on the reward itself.
